Commission Status: CLOSED
If you are interested in commissioning me, you may fill out my commissions form, or shoot me an email at [email protected] with the following information:- Commission size (full bod, half bod, portrait, doodle)
- Commission type (flat color, cel shading, detailed render; none if doodle)
- Character information (references, Toyhouse links, etc.)
- Preferences (expression, pose, props, moods, free rein, etc.)
- Your PayPal email so I can send an invoice
- Any other notes (optional)If the status above says "CLOSED", then sending an email will not get you a slot. I am only accepting commissions when the status says "OPEN".

TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
* By commissioning me, you agree to have read my Terms of Service and agree to these terms entirely.
* I retain all copyrights over my work.
- This includes my right to distribute and publicly upload artworks onto my social media
* I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission before or during the process.
* I have the right to work on other artwork (personal or otherwise) in between commissions
* You must make yourself familiar with my artwork and style before commissioning me.
- If you do not think the commission can be done in my style, reconsider commissioning me.
- I only work in my own art style and will not replicate any other art style for a commission.
* I do not give out commission slots early.
SUBJECT
* You must provide a clear reference image of the character you want me to draw.
- I will not work with character descriptions.
- I do not do custom designs.
- Shaded, traditional, or 3D references may result in color inaccuracies.
- I will not draw parts of the character that are not included in the reference (ex. I will not do a full body if the provided reference is only a headshot).
- References must be censored or cropped appropriately if they contain explicit content.
* I only work with original characters.
- You may ask about fan characters
* I WILL draw:
- Furry
- Human/Humanoid
- Monster
- Some gore (ask me)
* I will NOT draw:
- Mech
- Hateful/discriminatory content
- Political content
- Religious content (markings, jewelry, and other design details are OK!)
- Sexually explicit or suggestive content (don’t be afraid to ask what’s okay!)
- Fetish content (sexual or not)
* The commission might not always look like the provided examples. My style is always changing and evolving, and will vary per commission.Always feel free to ask me if I’m comfortable drawing what you have in mind!
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
* Payment must be via PayPal, USD only.
* Payment is expected 100% in advance unless discussed otherwise.
* I will not begin the commission until 100% of the payment has been made.
- If a payment plan is agreed upon, I will not start the commission until at least one payment is made.
- The finished artwork will not be sent until after the commission is fully paid.* You may request a full refund if I haven’t started the commission yet.
* If a refund is requested after I’ve already started the piece, only the amount of uncompleted work will be refunded.
* Refunds will not be given after the agreed completion of the artwork.
* I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission before or during the process. A refund will be available for the amount of uncompleted work.
REVISIONS
* Opportunities to request revisions are after the sketch is sent, and after the completed commission is sent for approval.
- Revisions to the sketch and line art cannot be requested after any coloring and/or rendering has been done.
- I may request an additional fee for major or excessive changes.* You must be clear about the mistakes and fixes you want made, and are responsible for providing feedback for any requested alterations during the commission process.
* Upon the agreed completion of the commission, I will not do any more revisions.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
* If the commission is incomplete due to the unavailability or lack of communication on your end, it will be put on hold until further notice.
* All products are digital goods, and will be digitally delivered only; no physical item will be shipped
* It is your responsibility to save the commission upon completion. I cannot guarantee that I will still have your commission days and/or years after the agreed completion.
USE
* Commissioned works are for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
* Personal use includes:
- The manufacturing of physical products without commercial distribution
- Posting/Uploading my artwork to your profile and anywhere online WITH CREDIT (icons, wallpapers, personal site display, etc.)
* You may NOT use or associate my artwork with NFT’s or AI.
* You may NOT claim my work as your own.
* You may NOT trace, copy, edit, or take pieces from my artwork and use it as your own.

* Once your commission has been accepted, I will send you a message confirming an invoice has been sent to your PayPal.
